An allover petite floral with texured ground printed on a 100% Cotton fabric.  Available in both Pole Top Panel (pair) with tiebacks and a 'lined' Federal Valance with a self piping finish.  This program can enhance any décor giving a 'complete' look to any window. The panel is available in two (2) lengths and three (3) decorator colors. The basic fabric is 100% Cotton while the lining is 52 % Polyester, 48 % Cotton. These are washable and are part of the Habitat™ collection.
